Advance Year Reservations
January 1 - May 24, 2013 - Spring Off

August 24 - August 30, 2013 - Fall Mid

Reservations for 2013 are accepted up to one year in advance, for a non-refundable $31.04 per week plus tax administrative fee. Reservations for a future period, for which rates have not been set, are considered provisional.
2012 guests have priority to rent the same house for the same week in 2013. These priority reservations must be made by the close of business on Wednesday of the first week of your stay. Otherwise, properties are released for reservation on a first request basis. On-line reservations will also be taken, up to 51 weeks in advance.
