Advance Year Reservations on Hatteras Island Rentals
January 1 - May 23, 2014 - Spring Off
May 24 - June 13, 2014 - Spring Mid
June 14 - June 27, 2014 - Spring In
June 28 - August 8, 2014 - Peak
August 9 - August 22, 2014 - Fall In
August 23 - August 29, 2014 - Fall Mid
August 30 - December 31, 2014 - Fall Off
Reservations for 2014 are accepted up to one year in advance, for a non-refundable $31.04 per week plus tax administrative fee. Reservations for a future period, for which rates have not been set, are considered provisional.
2013 guests have priority to rent the same house for the same week in 2014. These priority reservations must be made by the close of business on Wednesday of the first week of your stay. Otherwise, properties are released for reservation on a first request basis. On-line reservations will also be taken, up to 51 weeks in advance.
