Midgett Realty Bottom Line Pricing

New for the 2009 rental season, Midgett Realty has introduced Bottomline Pricing. This price will be the entire cost of your Hatteras vacation rental except tax, optional travel insurance, and pool heat if applicable. All other charges will be built into the “bottomline”, so at one glance you’ll know your vacation cost.

The concept is to have a simplified pricing structure that will include the rental rate and all standard fees in one combined price. This will enable you to see what the “actual” cost of the cottage will be without a separate add-on list. Our goal is to allow you to easily identify the Hatteras vacation rental that fits your budgetary needs.
