Hatteras Vacation Home Construction

Our full-time construction department works closely with our sales people to make sure that all of your building needs are met. Once you have bought (or decided to buy) a lot, we can arrange a meeting with our experienced construction superintendent to guide you toward the next step of Hatteras vacation or permanent home ownership. We can build the custom home of your choice or offer you suggestions from our in-house assortment of building plans. We invite you to visit our office (located on the second floor of the Hatteras Village office building) and let us show you how we can coordinate our knowledge with your tastes to build your "dream house" on Hatteras Island.
