My first home purchase was a cottage on Hatteras Island. I made Hatteras my permanent address in 2000.

My favorite restaurant will always be Austin's Creek that is opening this season as the Island Perks' Bistro and Bar.

Chris Botti He's a great trumpeter and composer. I also enjoy a variety of popular music.
How I spend my free time:
Hands on with conceptual development, marketing and land acquisition for the last 20 years, I have registered numerous trademarks including SOBX and 100 % island. I derive lots of joy creatively living and promoting the island spirit. I have a rare breed Xolo dog and enjoy the simplicity of the oceanfront.
