Mini-Vacations / Additional Nights

Mini-Vacations in our Outer Banks beach rentals must be booked by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons. Mini-Vacations are for a minimum of three nights. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No discounts apply. Fees are not prorated for Mini-Vacations.

Add-on nights may be booked 6 days prior to add-on date. Additional nights (at 1/7 of the regular weekly rate for the applicable dates) can only be booked in properties that participate in the additional night program. Payment is due at time of booking.
