Rental Homes for Sale

Some of the Outer Banks beach rentals we manage are available for sale. If you would like to see any "for sale" properties, please contact the sales department at one of our offices. If you are staying in a property that is for sale, every effort will be made to schedule any showings on a turnover day so as not to intrude on your vacation. If it is necessary to show the house during your stay, a property management representative will attempt to contact you to schedule a showing. If Midgett Realty cannot contact the tenant, the property will be shown by the sales agent.
