Description: 3 Boogies is located in the quiet Kinnakeet Shores subdivision. Guests have free access to the nearby community pool and tennis courts. The roads are flat and paved for pet walking, strolling or bicycle riding.
There is an under house entry from the covered parking area leading to a foyer, which contains the laundry area. A few steps up and you’re on the first level with 2 bedrooms (each has deck access) and a full bath with dual sinks.
The second level great room has twelve-foot cathedral ceilings, deck access and plenty of windows to let the sun shine in! The full bath on this level has direct access from the living area or queen bedroom. The nicely sized kitchen has breakfast bar and is adjacent to the dining area.
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).
