There are ocean and sound views from nearly every window and deck.
The children can enjoy the two first floor bedrooms, which are connected by a Jack-and-Jill bath, with a triple bunk bed and trundle in each room. The DVD, book and board game library is available on this level. The master bedroom with king bed and private bath along with the other two bedrooms and Jack-and-Jill bath are located on the second floor. Two covered decks and an outdoor hot tub are also on this level.
The top floor is where you will find the comfortable and brightly decorated living and dining areas, well-equipped kitchen, and sun deck with outdoor seating and a picnic table.
Head out onto any of the three decks to enjoy the spectacular views of the ocean and sound where there is ample furniture, including a porch swing from where you can watch the beautiful sunsets over the sound.
Additional amenities include a fenced, shaded dog yard, assorted board games, and books.
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount

During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions.
