Situated just off Highway 12 the gravel drive to the home has mature vegetation along either side and provides a bit of privacy. From the ground level take the steps up to the entry deck for access inside, (this deck also wraps around on one side and connects to the ocean facing deck).
Once inside, this level has a central hallway, 2 queen bedrooms, a full bath and a half bath. Take a few steps up to the main living level where you will find an eat-in kitchen, which has a table that seats 6, and a small breakfast bar with additional seating. The adjacent living area has a cozy feel with a fieldstone gas fireplace (for those chilly fall evenings) and ceiling to floor windows along the ocean facing wall to let in the natural light. The door provides easy access out to the sundeck, which is where the hot tub is located.
Take just a few more steps up to the next level where the 2 remaining bedrooms are located. Each has two single beds and shares the full bath off the hallway.
The outdoor space under the house has a decked area and a separate room with its own entrance, which is where the laundry room is located.
The ocean is just a few minutes walk along a boardwalk to a shared access (with stairs over the dunes) and a sand path that leads to the beach. Guests also have a free pass to the Kinnekeet Community tennis and swimming pool. Conveniently located near shopping, a tackle shop, restaurants and more only minutes away.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
