Also on this level are a central laundry area and a shared hall bath. The furnished oceanfront deck affords ocean views that go on forever.
The top level has an inviting living area with a TV, DVD player, panoramic ocean views, furnished oceanfront deck access, and an air hockey table for kids young and old. The kitchen with breakfast bar opens to the dining area with ample seating and even more ocean views.
