The final staircase takes you to the tower with wetbar and unsurpassed views. Boat dock on-site, high-speed Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop), 1 single kayak, 1 double kayak.

Gold Linens - Peak/In/Mid Seasons properties provide sheets during the Peak/In/Mid seasons for all beds and towels (set includes 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel) for the maximum occupancy of the home. Beds are made on check-in day. No sheets or towels are provided for Mini-Vacations. Sheets will be provided for top bunks, sofa beds, trundles and futons, but these beds will not be made. - Internet Access

Mini-Vacations may be booked on-line or by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons. Mini-Vacations are for a minimum of three nights. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No discounts apply. Fees are not prorated for Mini-Vacations. - Pets Not Permitted

Private heated pools and pool heat (if provided) are available from April 23 to October 22, for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee. - 5 TVs

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
