Though located several lots back from the ocean, you have only a short distance to travel to get to the ocean's edge where you will enjoy the harmony of the laughter of your family as well as the gulls. Fish in the surf, read a good book, enjoy the warmth of the sun on your skin, and enjoy the ocean as your playground.
The first floor entry level is where you will find the bunkroom with a table for board games, a half bath and the washer/dryer. On the second floor, there is a bedroom with two singles and two hall baths. Two more bedrooms, one king and one queen, open directly into a bathroom, which can be locked from the hall entrances for more privacy. The third level has a nice sized kitchen, ample counter space, a full bath and open living and dining area. Another queen bedroom awaits, also with a door directly to the bathroom from the bedroom. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player and provides the ultimate in comfort with the deluxe Kingsdown mattresses where you will feel as if you are floating around on the Milky Way.
For your evenings, after dining on your catch of the day, you can unwind in the hot tub or just relax on the expansive furnished decks and enjoy ocean views from the upper level. High speed wireless Internet and FREE long distance calls to your families back home to brag about your wonderful vacation time at your Beach House on the Moon.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
