Description: Spend some time Beach N’ It in this well-maintained cottage just one lot back from the oceanfront. Sip an ice-cold glass of sweet tea on the front porch while you take in the refreshing ocean breeze, or unwind in the bubbly hot tub on the back deck. All bedrooms have TVs, so everyone can have their own space at the end of the day to just relax. Your pet will love romping on the nearby beach (1 dog only, please).
An eat-in kitchen and comfortable living area with TV and DVD are in the center of the house. Enjoy ocean views any time of day from this common area. Board games are also provided for hours of family fun! The single-level floor plan is perfect for young children.

Another oceanview queen bedroom is on the other side along with a pyramid bunk bedroom and a full bathroom off the hall with a shower stall.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
