Description: Bella Vista is back and better than ever! This oceanfront home in the Mirlo Beach subdivision has new carpets, updated furniture, and other improvements for the new season. While this great home no longer offers a pool, the dramatic views of the ocean are as fantastic as they’ve ever been.
The first floor den features 2 futons to allow maximum flexibility in sleeping arrangements. A TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and half bathroom that also opens onto the deck make this a great hangout for younger family members. Step out the sliding door onto the first of 3 great ocean-view decks.
The second floor has 4 master bedrooms that all feature TVs. 2 king masters, located at either end of the hall, and a master with 2 twin beds between them all have sliders onto the middle deck. Drift off to the sweet melody of the waves and wake up to the sun sparking on the water. A master bedroom with a pyramid bunk set completes this level.
The top floor has another king master bedroom with a TV and a slider out onto a spacious sundeck. The open great room with TV, DVD player, and PlayStation (bring your own games) features cathedral ceilings and unbeatable ocean views. 2 dishwashers in the kitchen make cleanup quick and easy. Sliding doors in the living and dining areas lead to the sundeck, where the views only get better. Relax in the hot tub under the sun or by the light of the moon.
A few steps put you on the sandy beach, or you can walk to the subdivision sound access for windsurfing, kayaking, or just spending time with the kids. Community tennis courts are also available to guests in this home. Get ready to enjoy the beautiful views that give Bella Vista her name!

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
