The first living level boasts a game room with a big screen TV, surround sound, foosball table, a full bath and kitchenette featuring a full size refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, blender, a bar with seating along with an additional dining table. Step out on the deck to the bubbly hot tub overlooking the pool and ocean. Also on this level are a bunkroom with private bath, elevator access and a convenient laundry area.
The second living level has four master bedrooms, elevator access and another convenient laundry area. Two of the bedrooms have direct access to the oceanfront, shaded deck.
The top floor features an open dining/living area with a wet bar, access to the oceanfront deck, covered porch, and a kitchen with a breakfast bar. Also on this level are a half bath, elevator access, and a master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub.
The cozy loft, with panoramic views tops it all off.
Kick off your shoes, grab a book from the game room and relax by the pool, be adventurous and paddle out in the provided ocean kayak, or use the wireless Internet access (computer not provided, bring your laptop) to surf the web.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
