Wake refreshed after a good night’s sleep in the 4 comfortable bedrooms. The first floor has a large queen master bedroom with TV and DVD player as well as an awesome Jacuzzi tub, great for a private soak. A door from this bedroom opens onto a shaded deck where you can relax in the hot tub and let your cares drive away. A queen bedroom with TV and DVD player and a bedroom with 2 bunk sets share a full bathroom off the hall.
Another queen bedroom with TV and DVD player is upstairs, along with a half bathroom off the hall. Whip up something tasty in the kitchen, where a breakfast bar provides extra seating and counter space to accommodate your whole family. Comfy living room furniture is gathered around a TV with DVD player and a wood-burning fireplace just right for cooler nights in the off-season.
Listen to the waves crash on the shore from the screened porch, or spend some time on the sundeck to catch some rays. Puzzles, games, and books are provided to give you hours of entertainment, and a highchair, porta-crib, and playpen make the stay more enjoyable for baby.
Not far from local shops, restaurants, and exciting activities like windsurfing and kite-boarding, Brown Pelican is the place to be for an unforgettable Hatteras Island vacation!

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
