The middle level has one master bedroom with a private deck, and a second master that opens to a large shaded deck overlooking the pool. Two additional bedrooms on this floor share one full hall bath and open onto a shaded ocean-side deck with hammock swing for quiet moments.
The top floor features an expansive great room, surrounded by windows for letting in the beautiful views. A gas fireplace and entertainment center containing a large flat panel HD TV and Bose Home Theatre system are along one wall. The kitchen has a convenient breakfast bar, and the dining room is lined with windows and provides ample space for large groups. The great room opens to a sundeck that wraps around the home on three sides providing beautiful sound and ocean views. Also on this level is the third master suite, with private bath and balcony, and a hallway powder room.
Located off the top floor is a small loft, which provides a nice place for reading, playing games, or just relaxing. Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
