Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Description
Take the dry entry under the house up to the first living level, where all four bedrooms have TVs to give everyone a little quiet time to themselves. Two queen en suites, one with a shower stall in the bathroom and the other with a tub/shower combo, are on one side of the hall. A bedroom with two single beds shares a full bathroom off the hall with a pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle. The laundry area is also conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and plenty of windows to flood you in natural light. A double futon in the living area allows flexibility in sleeping arrangements. Step out onto the sundeck to enjoy your breakfast while watching the sunrise. Soak in the bubbly hot tub on the shaded portion of the deck off the kitchen.
The ground-level lockable storage area is the perfect place to stow your beach toys and fishing gear for easy access once you’re ready to get your toes in the sand. Keep beach snacks and drinks in the full refrigerator so you can grab them and go. Take the easy sand path at the end of the street and you’ll be in the surf in no time at all. Enjoy shopping, fresh seafood, dining and more all just a short drive away.
