Description: Catch some sun, fun, and relaxation at Catch a Wave! Located close to shops, restaurants, equipment rentals, and (of course) the beach, this home is just fantastic for whatever adventures you and your family crave. Amenities include a ramp access to the front entry and an elevator, which serves all levels both help provide added conveniences.
The ground level has a game room that opens directly onto the spacious pool deck. Also on this level is a king bedroom and handicap friendly bath with roll-in shower (not ADA compliant). The pool and hot tub are sure to provide hours of entertainment for young and old alike. Enjoy burgers, or fresh-caught seafood all cooked out on the gas grill for an unforgettable meal under the stars!
Four bedrooms are on the middle level, (the 2 queen rooms are masters with private baths, while the bunk rooms share a Jack and Jill full bath). Two of these bedrooms have fantastic ocean views, and all of them have private doors for access out onto the wrap-around deck.
The top level has a large king master bedroom with breath-taking views of the ocean. The spacious living, dining, and kitchen areas open onto the furnished top-floor deck, from which you can take in the sights, sounds, and refreshing salt air the island offers. Book your family getaway in Catch a Wave before its too late!

Gold Linens - Peak/In/Mid Seasons properties provide sheets during the Peak/In/Mid seasons for all beds and towels (set includes 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth & 1 hand towel) for the maximum occupancy of the home. Beds are made on check-in day. No sheets or towels are provided for Mini-Vacations. Sheets will be provided for top bunks, sofa beds, trundles and futons, but these beds will not be made.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Mini-Vacations may be booked on-line or by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons. Mini-Vacations are for a minimum of three nights. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No discounts apply. Fees are not prorated for Mini-Vacations.
