All four bedrooms on the second level have private access to the shaded deck. Three queen bedrooms and a room with two twin beds are on this level. One queen bedroom shares a bathroom that also opens into the hallway. The twin room shares a bathroom with another queen bedroom. A sitting area with a TV and games, a room with a poker table, and an additional half bathroom complete this level.
The third floor has an open floor plan. A slider from the living and dining area takes you to a spacious sundeck with great ocean views. A queen master bedroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower stall boasts beautiful views. The kitchen opens onto the screened porch, where an extra refrigerator is located. An additional half bathroom is located on this level. Take the stairs to two additional levels of loft space with fantastic panoramic views!
The outside of this home offers plenty of activities as well. Hang out on the sunny pool deck, where the private solar heated pool, kiddie pool and hot tub are located. A swing set with a slide is located in front of the house for hours of fun.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
