Description: Get away to Crestview III, a comfortable pet friendly cottage just 4 lots back from the soundfront. The casual one-level design is great for anyone who doesn’t want the hassle of going up and down a lot of stairs.
The open living space is where you enter the home. Cozy up in the living area with TV and DVD player or chow down on a fresh seafood dinner in the eat-in kitchen with breakfast bar. The front sundeck has built-in benches and a picnic table, great for enjoying a meal in the breeze.
3 bedrooms are down the hall. A queen bedroom and a double bedroom each have TVs, and a bedroom with 2 bunk sets is great for the kids, with a desk to sit at while writing in their journals about all their vacation fun. There are also 3 full bathrooms off the hall.
The queen and bunk bedrooms open onto the florida room with TV, where a warm, steamy hot tub will help soak away your worries. A slider opens onto the side sundeck, the perfect place to catch a tan in the afternoon sun.
Community sound access at the end of the quiet residential street is the perfect place for kiteboarding, windsurfing, paddleboarding, kayaking, or any number of exciting watersports adventures. If the ocean is calling to you, the community beach access is just across the main road at the end of Corbina Drive East.
Enjoy all that Hatteras Island has to offer from Crestview III!

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
