The first living level has an ample game room with pool table, kitchenette with granite countertop, full sized refrigerator and microwave, half bath and sliding glass door to the hot tub deck. Also on this level are a TV room, an oceanfront handicap friendly bedroom with a sliding glass door to the hot tub deck, full handicap friendly bath that can be accessed from the bedroom or hall, laundry area, game closet, storage room and an elevator.
The second living level has a laundry area and 4 bedrooms with private baths. All bedrooms have wall-mounted televisions. Two bedrooms on this level are oceanfront with sliding glass doors to the deck and one has a Jacuzzi tub and dual sinks.
The third floor has an open floor plan with access to two decks, several cozy conversation areas, a large dining table, wood burning fireplace, half bath and oceanfront master bedroom suite. The custom kitchen has granite counters, island, breakfast bar, built-in desk and stainless steel appliances including 6-burner gas range, two dishwashers, refrigerator with water and ice in the door and two microwaves. The master bedroom on this level has a sliding glass door to the deck, custom bathroom with dual sinks, tile shower and large Jacuzzi tub.
Additional amenities include a fax machine, unlimited domestic long distance, and wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
