Description: This quality built home is located in Avon on the sound side of Highway 12, down a quiet street at the end of a cul-de-sac. From the moment you arrive and pull into the drive you will be surrounded by a nicely landscaped yard with cedars and mature vegetation, and feel a sense of privacy. Once inside you will notice the attention to detail of this nicely appointed home that includes a complete home-surround sound system with speakers in every room, as well as out at the poolside.
The carport has a convenient covered entry on the ground level, which brings you into a foyer just off the game room that has a sofa, TV and DVD, wet bar, mini-fridge and foosball. A slider door takes you out to the pool area, where the hot tub is located.
The second level has 3 bedrooms consisting of one king master with a private bath. A queen bedroom and the bedroom with a triple bunk (with a trundle) both share the hallway full bath. Each of these bedrooms has a slider door providing access out to a covered deck. Also on this level is a den with a TV.
The next level up is the main living level with a spacious open design, hard wood flooring and cathedral ceilings, comfy seating, a large TV and DVD, and a gas fireplace (for those chilly fall nights). Any cook will enjoy preparing and serving up meals for the family in this well-equipped kitchen with beautiful cabinetry, ample counter space, a breakfast bar and the convenience of the adjacent dining area. Also on this level is a deck and the second king master bedroom with TV, a private bath and Jacuzzi tub.
For a view of the ocean or to get-a-way from it all, take the spiral stairs up to the loft and settle into the chair for some quiet time, or relax out on the sun deck.
The walkway conveniently located at the end of the drive leads to the ocean beach access, (take a short walk across Highway 12, down a paved street then over the dunes to the beach).
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
