Move-in is a breeze with a convenient cargo lift to all levels. The first level has a spacious game room with a pool table, foosball, TV, and wetbar with full-sized refrigerator. A half bathroom is off the game room. Doors at both ends of the hallway open onto spacious shaded decks. Also on this level is a large king master bedroom with TV.
The middle level has 4 bedrooms, all of which have TVs. A bedroom with 2 twin beds shares a bathroom with a room that has 2 bunk bed sets. 2 queen master bedrooms are also on this level, one with lovely sound views. More deck space is available on this floor as well, with a shaded deck on both sides of the house.
A king master bedroom with TV and a private sun deck is on the top floor. An additional half bathroom on this floor is shared between the bedroom and the living room. The spacious living room is comfortably furnished and includes a large plasma TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen has everything you need for a family feast, and the dining room opens onto another sun deck. Step out from the living room to the large soundfront sun deck to watch kite and windsurfers soar over the waters. Or simply watch one of the breathtaking Endless Sunsets this home is named for.
The hot tub is located on the ground-level screened porch, a perfect place for a picnic lunch or a meal cooked up on the charcoal grill. Make a splash and have some fun in the sun in the sparkling pool. Enjoy a stroll down the community boardwalk to the sound, sure to delight all ages.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
