Get away to Everhart, this unique home just 2 lots back from the oceanfront. With enough space for the whole family and ocean views from the second level, this comfortable cottage will become your favorite vacation spot.
Enter on the first level through the comfortable den with TV/DVD player, microwave, and mini-fridge, perfect for giving the kids their own space. Each of the two adjoining hallways feature two bedrooms and one bathroom. On one side there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk set, plus and a bedroom with a double and a single bed. The other side of the hall has a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk set, plus a bedroom with a king.
On the top level there is a queen bedroom with private sundeck, along with a full bathroom. The open kitchen and dining area with breakfast bar and laundry area is adjacent to the oceanview living area. Relax on the sundeck with views over the dune to the beautiful ocean.
The beach is a quick walk away via the sand path at the end of the street, so you can enjoy fishing, surfing, and sunning to your heart’s content. Nearby, you will find shopping, dining, and many fun activities, including the famous Cape Hatteras Lighthouse.
