Description: Everlasting Moon is a wonderful family-friendly ocean front home, has ocean views from all three levels of ocean front decks, and is close enough that you can watch the beach activity from anyone of these decks. The home has a unique and spacious floor plan with a tasteful beach decor, has a homey feel and comfortable furnishings. There is also easy beach access via the community walkway, which is located adjacent to the house.
The first floor has all four bedrooms. Two are queen bedrooms and each has a slider door that opens to this level's oceanfront deck. There is also a bedroom with 2 single beds and one with 2 sets of bunk beds. Two full baths (with great showers and bathtubs) and large laundry area with washer and dryer complete this level.
The second floor has a living room with a futon, wide screen TV, DVD and comfy chairs to relax in. Enjoy a crackling fire in the log fireplace (available November-May). There is also a game/play area for puzzles, cards or your favorite board game. Cooks will enjoy the beautiful Italian kitchen (with the latest conveniences to make cooking a pleasure), plus a breakfast bar. The open design of this area also includes the dining area, which is conveniently located and has access out to the screened porch where an additional table with chairs provides an alternate dining area. The deck on this level offers both sun and shade and has deck furniture and a picnic table.
The third floor is the loft area and has a futon and a slider door that opens to a sun deck, (which is one of the highest in the area).
This home has great atmosphere, is right on the beach and has become a favorite of many with a large front yard, covered parking, and an outside dog run area. There is a highchair and baby gate, as well as many activities for the kids and privacy for the adults. Beach toys and chairs are also provided.
