Description: This wonderful home provides something for everyone. Everyone loves the views and sunsets over the waters of the Pamlico Sound. Fisherman, boaters, kayakers, kite boarders and wind surfers (and dogs) love the private boat launch and private dock (with room for 2 boats up to 26-ft each). This deep-water canal provides unparalleled access to the sound, allowing easy launching with no need to drive anywhere. The boat launch is also perfect for trailered fishing boats, sail boats, and pleasure craft. And everyone loves the private pool, offering hours of fun for all ages.
The carport has elevated parking on one side with convenient entry into the ground level, which is where the game room is located. Here there is a foosball table, full-size refrigerator, microwave and large screen TV/DVD, and a full bath.
The second level has three bedrooms; one is a king master with a private bath and access out to a private balcony. The queen room and bedroom with a triple bunk share the full bath off the hallway. Each bedroom has a TV and all have access to the covered deck, which is where the hot tub is located. The laundry is also located on this level.
The top main living level has an open design and includes the kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and the great room. There is a gas fireplace and large screen TV with surround sound. The slider doors provide convenient access from the great room, to decks overlooking the canal, dock area and the sound. The king master suite on this level has a private deck and Jacuzzi tub in the master bath. The entire main level is wired for sound, with in ceiling speakers throughout, and outdoor speakers on each of the decks and at the pool area.
Additional outdoor amenities include 2 grills (one charcoal and one gas), 2 outside showers and a fish-cleaning table..

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
