Description: Get ready for the vacation of a lifetime in Fish-N-Ships. This 5-bedroom oceanside home is decorated in bright colors sure to lift your spirit. Walking distance from the beach, as well as local shops and restaurants, this home is also pet friendly.
On the first level, a queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bedroom with a pyramid bunk set and trundle. Strike up a friendly competition at the foosball table, sure to bring hours of entertainment for all ages.
A king master bedroom on the second level opens onto a shaded deck where the soothing hot tub awaits. A queen bedroom with a door to the deck and a pyramid bunk bedroom with trundle share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs, so there is no shortage of personal space.
The top level has an open living, dining, and kitchen area with plenty of updates for the new season, including flooring and a new sofa. Whip up something tasty in the kitchen and gather around the dining table for a family meal. Afterwards, retire to the comfy living area for a movie on the flat-screen TV, or write in your journal at the desk in the cozy nook. A half bathroom serves this level. A sundeck offers lovely ocean views and a picnic table where you can sit and chat for hours, long after the sun has gone down.
Spend your days in the sun, lounging by the pool or splashing in the water with free solar pool heat. Shoot a game of hoops in front of the house, or simply relax in the summer breeze from the porch swing on the second level. Fish-N-Ships is the place to be for your next vacation.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
