Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Rest and relaxation await in this comfortable oceanside home in Hatteras Village. Flip Flops is a laid-back 3-bedroom, 2-bath home just waiting to become your home away from home.

Enter on the first living level into the den, where a queen futon and TV with DVD player invite you to kick back and relax. The queen bedroom with semi-private bath shared with the den opens onto a shaded deck with stairs to the upper level sundeck. A pyramid bunk bedroom is also on this level, along with the laundry area. All bedrooms throughout the home have TVs.

An additional queen bedroom on the second level opens onto a semi-private bath and features a spacious private sundeck with ocean to sound views over the southern part of Hatteras Village. The open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar provides a comfortable gathering space for family meals, favorite movies, or just catching up. Enjoy stunning sunsets from the bubbly hot tub on the sundeck with sound view.

Stroll down the quiet street with no thru traffic to the sand path to the beach, where you can enjoy surfing, fishing, or simply work on your tan in the soothing summer sun. With marinas, museums, restaurants, and shopping all close at hand, the location of this lovely home is difficult to beat.
