Just off the pool area you'll find everything you need to enjoy the day, a sitting area with TV, DVD player, mini-fridge and a half bath. Early risers can head downstairs to catch the morning news or sip coffee on one of the decks. The first floor has three bedrooms; The first is a master with a king bed and shaded deck overlooking the pool area. The second bedroom has a queen bed, deck access, and direct access to the bath that also opens to the hall. A bunkroom down the hall, with two sets of bunk beds, accesses the main bath via the hall entry. The wide entry hall opens onto a shaded deck off the front of the house for all to enjoy. The second floor features an open great room with plenty of room for everyone, plus a master bedroom with a king bed and access to the rear deck. The large kitchen area has an island with four stools, a great prep or gathering area. The dining area provides seating for 10 and the sitting/TV area has comfortable seating for all, and a convenient half bath. Pool open April 25 to October 23, 2010.
