From the sundeck, and upper or lower level covered decks you will enjoy panoramic views of the sound, marsh wildlife and amazing sunsets. Docks provide ample opportunities for fishing, crabbing and water sport fun. Launch your kayak from the custom lower level dock area and take a leisurely paddle. If it is boating and fishing that you prefer your boat conveniently waits in the back yard at the dock. (One boat permitted per reservation.) Plan a day of fun either inshore cruising the waters of the Pamlico Sound, or with easy access to Hatteras Inlet head off shore for your ocean adventures. Located on the Sound, yet at this fantastic home you only have a short walk to the ocean beach via the subdivision's private access. Maximum 4 people, including children.
