This site is a great location for kite boarding, kayaking and wind surfing. A kayak is provided for guest use. Take the elevator (that serves all floors) or the stairs up to the second level that has 4 bedrooms (one king and one queen share the hall full bath, and two queens that share a Jack-and-Jill bath). The den at the end of the hallway provides a comfy place to read and the table with seating for 4 could be just the place to play your favorite card or board game, or do a jigsaw puzzle. The two sound facing bedrooms plus the den have direct access to this level's wrap around covered deck. The top level is where you will find the great room with HD TV, Blu-Ray DVD and 5.1 Speaker Dolby Surround Sound. The open design also includes a spacious kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area (with sliders out onto the sundeck), a reading nook and half bath. Last but certainly not least on this level, is a queen master bedroom with a private bath, walk-in closet and a slider door for direct access to the top level sound facing sun deck.
