The second level has 3 master bedrooms. 2 are queens, one of which has a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. The other is a king with Jacuzzi tub.
The third level has a king master bedroom, an additional half bathroom, and a large open living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room has a 46" high def TV with Blu-Ray Player, surround sound, and iPod connection. All bedrooms have high def TVs with DVD players. Watch breathtaking sunsets as you relax or enjoy dinner on the large third level screened porch or sundeck.
There is a second full size refrigerator with icemaker and microwave in the game/movie room for all of your poolside refreshments. Play a game of foosball in the game room or let your cares drift away while soaking in the hot tub. The entertainment opportunities are endless with the basketball goal and volleyball net. These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
