The concrete driveway and under house parking provides easy access to the house via the covered entry. The first level is the main living floor with a large gourmet kitchen that includes solid surface counters, custom cabinetry, upscale stainless appliances and a gas stove. The adjoining living room has comfortable seating, a gas fireplace, TV, DVD, CD, and a surround sound system. The living room also has 9’ ceilings, transom windows, and tall French doors that open to a large screened-in porch. Off the foyer is a bedroom with a built-in office area and daybed with trundle and TV. A full bath and laundry area complete this level.
The top level has three bedrooms; featuring the master suite with a king bed, TV and its own sun deck with great sunset views plus a private bath including a 3-head shower and large Jacuzzi tub. The second and third bedrooms on this floor, a king and a queen, each have their own TVs and share a hallway full bath.
The large wrap-around sun deck has built-in seating and stairs leading down to the ground level where there is plenty of flora and fauna to appreciate. Recreational activities are there for all ages; kayaking, tie-up for a small boat, crabbing, and fishing from the dock are all there in your backyard.
Klub Koru Gold Membership. As Gold members our guests can enjoy 14 visits to the Spa’s first class fitness facility for; workouts, steam baths, group exercise classes, yoga classes and yoga by the beach. The Gold Membership also includes unlimited access to the island's only beach side pool. The pool is great in that you can park by the beach and enjoy the best of both worlds; a pool (with snack bar, bathrooms, shade, and chaise lounges) and the beach. The house comes with 2 kayaks; a one person and a two person kayak great for exploring local creeks, the harbor and sound.
