Description: Kinnakeet Dreamin is located in the village of Avon and offers a complimentary membership to the Kinnakeet Shores pool and tennis facility during your stay. The ocean beach community access is a short walk around the corner along a paved street.
The concrete drive continues under the house to a covered parking area, the outside shower, and steps up to the first level entry of the home. This level is where all four bedrooms are located, (the queen room shares a Jack and Jill full bath with the twin bed room, while the double bed room and the remaining twin room each share the full bath off the hallway). The laundry area is also located on this level.
The top level is the main living area and includes an open spacious layout including the kitchen with breakfast bar and ample seating for all to gather. Slider doors off the living and dining areas provide easy access out to a partially covered deck (for both sun and shade), and the stairway provides convenient access down to the ground. The hot tub is located on the covered portion of this deck. From here take steps up to the rooftop deck for views across to the ocean.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Mini-Vacations

Mini-Vacations may be booked on-line or by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons.
