This bright and cheery home is only one lot back from the oceanfront, just a short walk from the sandy beach via a community boardwalk.
An elevator to every level except the loft is accessible from the first floor to make move-in a breeze and the whole vacation more convenient for guests with limited mobility. With a highchair, booster seat, and porta-crib provided, baby’s vacation will be delightful. This fine home is pet friendly, too (1 dog only, please).
Enjoy the 14x28 pool with heat available, with inlaid mosaics, outdoor stereo, tiki bar, hot tub, and a large covered lounge area, perfect for poolside picnics in the shade.
A half bathroom on the first level is accessible from the pool deck and also opens onto the game room with pool table, TV, DVD player, stereo, and wet bar with full-sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. A triple bunk bedroom with trundle is on this level as well as a full bathroom. All bedrooms throughout the house have TVs.
4 king master bedrooms are on the second level. Each has a slider onto the shaded wraparound deck. 2 have walk-in showers in the bathrooms. A den on this level has a TV with DVD player.
The top floor has a spacious king master suite with walk-in steam shower and Jacuzzi tub for a romantic soak. Whip up a fabulous feast in the well-stocked kitchen and dig in around the dining table, with views from the ocean to the sound. The living area has a TV with DVD player as well as a cozy gas fireplace to keep you snuggly warm on cooler off-season evenings. Step up into the loft and gaze out at the horizon to watch for ships sailing by.

Beds are made on check-in day. No sheets or towels are provided for Mini-Vacations. Sheets will be provided for top bunks, sofa beds, trundles and futons, but these beds will not be made. - Hot Tub

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
