Description: Let Los Vientos, the winds, blow your cares out to sea! This spacious oceanfront home offers plenty of room for the whole family and three levels of wraparound decks for you to enjoy. A highchair, baby gate, and playpen make this home ideal for young children. Updates for the new season include new carpets throughout.
The first floor has 4 bedrooms. A queen bedroom and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed and a bunk set have sliders that open onto the spacious shaded deck. Another queen bedroom is also on this level, along with 2 full bathrooms off the hallway.
A queen master bedroom is on the second floor, which has a gate at the top of the stairs for baby. Take in fantastic ocean views from the living and dining area, with 2 sliders onto another spacious deck. Catch a family flick on the TV and DVD player in the living room or enjoy a seafood feast around the dining table. The recently remodeled kitchen has both ocean and sound views and a slider onto the deck. A second dining table and breakfast bar leave plenty of room for everyone, and 2 dishwashers make cleanup a snap. A half bathroom serves this level.
The third floor loft has a large-screen TV with DVD player, perfect for watching your favorite films. A flip chair opens into the perfect place for a nap. Enjoy sunshine and ocean views from the deck on this level.
Make a splash in the private pool with sparkling waterfall. Soak up some sun on the pool deck or take the short walk across the dunes to the sandy beach for a day of fun and games. By night, watch for shooting stars from the soothing hot tub, the perfect end to any day.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Mini-Vacations may be booked on-line or by phone within 14 days of arrival during Off season, and within 6 days of arrival during Peak/Mid/In seasons. Mini-Vacations are for a minimum of three nights. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. No discounts apply. Fees are not prorated for Mini-Vacations.
