Located on the oceanfront with direct beach access, Madjoy has it all and is the perfect location to enjoy beach views from the privacy of one of the front decks or sound views from the back decks, which also overlook the pool.
Coming and going will be easy with under house parking and elevator access to each floor. Your vacation will be filled with so many choices of how to spend your days: a day at the beach, take a refreshing dip in the private pool, relax in the hot tub, or spend quality time with the family playing a game of pool or watching movies on demand with FREE Netflix on the 47" flat screen TV! Every bedroom has a TV and DVD player.
The first level of Madjoy has a game room with pool table, TV/DVD, stereo, a wet bar with beverage cooler, freestanding icemaker, and microwave. The ample sized king bedroom with a sound facing deck overlooks the pool and has direct access to the bath which also opens separately to the game room. This floor also features a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The second level has a master bedroom with a king bed and a deck overlooking the pool. One bedroom, with a pyramid bunk, opens to an ocean side deck and another bedroom also with a pyramid bunk opens to a poolside facing deck. The two rooms share a large bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi tub and an ocean side deck.
The top living level has a dining table with plenty of seating for your family to enjoy your freshly cooked gourmet seafood dinner prepared in the ocean facing kitchen with a breakfast bar. The living area provides comfortable seating and a large screen TV with Internet access, FREE Netflix movies played with surround sound to enhance those special effects. A deck off the front and rear of the great room allows for great views of the beach or the pool area. A large king master suite with private balcony is also featured on the top level of Madjoy.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
