    Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.
  • Pool Heat $600

    Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.
  • Hot Tub

    These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Live life to the fullest with a stay in this custom-built luxury home located in the Hatteras By The Sea community. McBeach is an oceanfront experience you will not want to miss, with nicely landscaped grounds, easy beach access, and phenomenal ocean views. All bedrooms throughout have TVs and custom-built furnishings.

Your stay begins with ease with the elevator to all levels except the loft to help you get settled in a jiffy. The first level features space for recreation, relaxation, and rest. Shoot some pool or enjoy a game of foosball in the game room or relax in the sitting area with TV and queen sleeper sofa. The wet bar features a full-size refrigerator for all your midnight snacking needs. Relax and rejuvenate in the sauna, or settle down in the queen bedroom. A full bath with shower stall completes the interior of this level, while the covered deck with access to the pool area and the private boardwalk to the beach makes the outside just as inviting.

Sleep easy in the four bedrooms on the second level. Two king en suites, one with a large shower featuring a fold-down seat in the private bath, open onto the oceanview deck with stairs to the lower level. A queen en suite has a private shaded deck facing the front of the house. The kids will enjoy the bedroom with two bunk sets, which also opens onto the oceanview deck and features a semi-private bath. The laundry area completes this level.

The third floor boasts breathtaking ocean views you’ll never forget. Sundecks on both sides of the house will be a favorite hangout. Cooking for a crowd is easy with dual wall ovens and dishwashers, large refrigerator, 6-burner gas cooktop, and additional wet bar sink. Enjoy your dinner around the dining table and breakfast bar, or take it onto the porch for an island-style meal. There’s room for your whole family in the double living area with wet bar and surround sound, as well as adjacent half bath. The king en suite bedroom offers access to the sundeck and separate Jacuzzi tub and custom-tiled shower in the private bath.

Kick back in the loft overlooking the living area below, or relax in style in the luxurious king en suite. Boasting unrivalled ocean views and a wet bar with minifridge, this stunning retreat features a TV in the private bath, along with a Jacuzzi tub and separate custom-tiled shower.

You’ll enjoy the outside of this home as much as the inside. Hang out by the private pool (with available heat), soak your cares away to the music of the ocean in the bubbly hot tub on the covered gazebo, or head to the beach via the private boardwalk over the dunes for fun in the sun all day long. Access to the community pool and scenic estuarine walkway is also included in your stay. If you can bring yourself to leave this unbelievable oasis, day trips to Ocracoke and fishing on the Gulf Stream await you nearby, as do the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum and other fantastic family activities.
