Description: This oceanfront home is beautifully decorated throughout with warm colors, tasteful decor and quality furnishings, all sure to set the tone for a relaxing and memorable vacation. A private heated swimming pool, hot tub, 2 levels of covered decks, and a large screened porch off the kitchen are just a few amenities provided for your comfort, convenience and recreational activities.
The ground level under-house entry leads up to the first level, which is where you will find 3 bedrooms (one queen master with private bath, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom) a full bath and a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, 2 burner electric cook top and microwave) and a laundry area. There is also access out to this level's ocean front covered deck which overlooks the pool and has an ocean view.
The second level is the main living level with a step up to the large kitchen with stainless appliances, spacious granite counters, and a wet bar. The breakfast bar is conveniently located along the adjoining dining area, and together provides ample seating for everyone. The adjacent living area has access to the ocean front covered deck. Also on this level are a queen master bedroom, half-bath and a large screened porch with patio dining furniture and the hot tub.
Take the stairway up to the top level where the hallway/balcony overlooks the living area below. The creative design of this level includes a game room with a triple bunk and foosball, a king master bedroom with private bath, and the 2 double window dormer areas each have a daybed and can be closed off by french doors to provide a private, cozy space.
Wireless Internet access and free long distance telephone service via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
