The ground level under-house entry leads up to the first level, which is where you will find 3 bedrooms (one queen master with private bath, a queen bedroom, and a king bedroom) a full bath and a kitchenette (with a refrigerator, 2 burner electric cook top and microwave) and a laundry area. There is also access out to this level's ocean front covered deck which overlooks the pool and has an ocean view.

The second level is the main living level with a step up to the large kitchen with stainless appliances, spacious granite counters, and a wet bar. The breakfast bar is conveniently located along the adjoining dining area, and together provides ample seating for everyone. The adjacent living area has access to the ocean front covered deck. Also on this level are a queen master bedroom, half-bath and a large screened porch with patio dining furniture and the hot tub.

Take the stairway up to the top level where the hallway/balcony overlooks the living area below.
