Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Elevators do not ensure handicap accessibility.

Handicap Accessible
Some of our Hatteras properties include elevators, wheelchair ramps, and bedrooms / living spaces on the main level to help make those with special needs more comfortable.

Sheets Provided: Beds not made, No towels
Sheets will be left on the beds for you. No towels are provided. Upgrades to the linen package can be made after booking via phone or through our app.

Description
Ramp access to the first floor takes you into a king bedroom en suite with TV, wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave, and full bathroom with shower stall. This private retreat is great for those who need a little more privacy.
The second level has three bedrooms, each with TV. A pyramid bunk bedroom and a queen bedroom share a full bathroom off the hall. A second queen bedroom opens onto a semi-private bathroom with shower stall and separate Jacuzzi tub. Step out onto the shaded deck to relax in the hot tub and listen to the music of the ocean.
A short flight of stairs leads to a king bedroom with no elevator access. A full bathroom is across the hall.
Up a few more stairs is the open living, dining, and kitchen area with breakfast bar and dual refrigerators. Enjoy an island style meal on the screened porch or step out onto the sundeck to work on your tan.
Another short flight of stairs takes you to the loft with TV, wet bar, and cozy fireplace. Another sundeck off the loft has stairs to the rooftop deck, where you will be on top of the world as you take in the sights for miles around.
A quick walk to the beach and a short drive from any Hatteras Island adventure you desire, Miss Minnie’s is the perfect place for your next getaway.
