Your stay includes access to the community pool and tennis courts plus you're located close to the community boardwalk beach access.
The ground level features a private pool and hot tub surrounded by a large deck and lounge chairs. You'll love the Stair Tamer cargo lift to raise groceries and gear to the top floor.
The first level features a game room with pool table, full size refrigerator and wet bar, dinette table, bar, stereo and TV with digital movie channels and a nearby 1/2 bath. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 twin beds and one with 2 bunk sets. They share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom between them.
The second floor has 4 bedrooms which include 2 king master suites, a queen bedroom and 2 singles with a shared bath. All bedrooms have TVs.
The third level has a spacious living area with gas fireplace, and a king master suite with ocean and lake views from the decks. A fabulous dining table seating 14 will be just right for that Carolina seafood feast of mega proportion! The chef in the family will love the kitchen, with custom wood cabinets. The living area TV also has digital movie channels, perfect for a family night of entertainment after a long day at the beach.
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop). Book today and ya'll come on down for some good ol' Carolina sunshine.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
