Description: Beautiful oceanfront spacious home of 5,000 square feet possesses three floors of panoramic views with a unique location, providing ocean sunrises and sound sunsets. This seven bedroom (plus bonus room with full daybed) and five full plus two half bath home is loaded with vacation amenities. All four master suites are oceanfront and well appointed.
The first floor (ground level) of 1,500 square feet has the game room with professional size pool table, game table, flat screen TV, kitchenette and a laundry area and half bath. This all opens out on the 14 x 28 private heated terrazzo tile pool and hot tub, charcoal grill and two enclosed showers with hot and cold water. The front side of the house has a fish cleaning table, carport and off-street parking for eight vehicles.
The second floor (middle level) has five bedrooms and another laundry area. Three oceanfront master suites open out onto a private deck. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom.
The third floor (top level) has the cathedral ceiling great room with large flat screen TV and home theater surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and spacious work island makes for fun and quick meals. Dining choices are informal or a formal dining area with ocean backdrop. The top floor also has another oceanfront master suite, the bonus room/den and another bedroom facing the sound.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
