Description: Here’s one for all you Jimmy Buffett fans. Welcome to The Parrot Head Inn, where the change in latitude will bring about a soothing change in attitude. With a covered, ground-level entry to the all-floor elevator and 2 easy-access showers, this brightly decorated home is great for guests with limited mobility. All bedrooms have TVs with DVD players.
The first floor has a game room with a pool table (with ping pong inserts) and kitchenette including a dishwasher, as well as a stereo with surround sound and a TV. The hot tub is on a shaded deck on this first level accessed through the game room slider.
Also on the first floor are 2 bedrooms, one with two pyramid bunk sets and a handicap-friendly king bedroom with a small office area, which opens onto the hot tub deck. A bathroom with an easy-access shower is shared between the king bedroom and the game room.
The second floor has 3 spacious master bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other 2 with queens. All three open onto wide shaded decks. One of the queen bedrooms has a Jacuzzi tub in its private bathroom.
The top floor is wonderful for days or evenings spent together with family. Comfortable living room furniture gathers around the gas fireplace and TV with DVD player, surround sound, and stereo. The screened porch has horizon ocean views, and the sun deck off the well-stocked kitchen offers views of the sound horizon.
The king master bedroom also opens onto the sun deck and boasts an easy-access shower in the bathroom. A half bathroom is located on this level.
The outside of this home is just as accomodating as the inside. A beach volleyball court, sunshiny pool deck (accessed via stairs under the house), and covered fish-cleaning table are on-site for guests to enjoy. With your choice of gas and charcoal grills, you can whip up a Cheeseburger in Paradise anytime! A convenient half bathroom is located in the carport so no one has to miss out on the fun for long. The nearby community beach access means you are just minutes away from being knee deep in sparkling ocean waves.

A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool.
