Description: You’ll love the ocean and sound views from this pet-friendly home (dogs only) one lot back from the oceanfront. Set back off the main highway, Paws 2 Fish is the perfect place for those with young children, providing a high chair, gated stairways, and playpen, as well as a great neighborhood for walking.
A dry entry under the house makes move-in neat and easy. On this first level you will find the laundry area.
The middle level has 4 comfortable bedrooms. A queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a pyramid bunk bedroom. Another queen bedroom and another pyramid bunk bedroom share a hall bathroom that features a Jacuzzi tub you’ll love relaxing in. Both queen bedrooms and one of the pyramid bunk bedrooms open onto a spacious gated deck.
Upstairs is the main living area, with plenty of room to gather the whole family together. Enjoy the gas fireplace in cooler months. There is plenty of room around the dining table for the whole family, or take your meal outside to enjoy on the breezy screened porch. A loft has a futon great for napping and a private sun deck with great ocean views. The sun deck off the living room also boasts views of the ocean horizon.
Enjoy a short stroll to the beach over one dune. If you’d rather stay closer to home, soak up some sun and make a splash in the refreshing pool or relax in the bubbly hot tub. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, shops, and activities to entertain your whole group. You’re sure to have a ball at Paws 2 Fish!

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
