Each bedroom on the second floor has a television and a sliding door onto the spacious ocean-front deck. The 2 queen master bedrooms have flat screen TVs with DVD players. A bedroom with 2 singles shares a bathroom with 2 bunk sets.
See the sunrise from your bed in the top floor king master bedroom. The tastefully decorated open living, dining, and kitchen area is the perfect gathering place for your family. You’ll love the electric fireplace on cool off-season evenings. Curl up with a good book or play board games with the kids in the sunroom, furnished with a comfortable daybed and boasting wonderful ocean-to-sound views.
Outside, Pelican Reef is rich in deck space. Watch for dolphins from the top floor sundeck or enjoy the shade in the double swing or hammock on the second floor deck. In the evening, look for shooting stars as you stretch out in the eight person hot tub. Enjoy the community tennis court and sound access for windsurfing, kayaking, or just playing around in the water.
If you need to get in touch with the outside world, Pelican Reef offers complementary wireless Internet via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop) and unlimited domestic long distance.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom). - Loyalty Discount
