Description: Standard amenities except dishwasher. This cottage is well maintained, pet friendly, offers a large boat slip (#4), and is located in a bike-friendly neighborhood within a five minute walk to beach.
Inside relax in the cozy open design with kitchen which includes a peninsula-style counter with seating for 7, the adjacent living area has ample seating, 32-inch flat panel TV, DVD, plus a small table that seats two. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. The 2 twin bedrooms share a hall bath.
Outside amenities include a lawn for outdoor activities, picnic table on the covered porch. The carport area provides covered parking for 1 vehicle (plus a wide paved driveway for additional parking), and access by a separate entrance into the ground floor room which consists of a game room with foosball/combo game table, TV, and an adjacent queen bedroom, 1/2 bath, and washer/dryer.
Additional amenities provided for your convenience and entertainment include a DVD and book library, baby gate and storage freezer. Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).
