Description: This comfortable, oceanfront home has gorgeous ocean views, is located in Kinnakeet Shores and is within walking distance of the subdivision's community pool and tennis courts. Reeled Inn offers many conveniences with its location and easy access to grocery shopping, restaurants, a movie theater and more.
The ground level has a concrete drive and under-house covered parking. Take the steps up to the first level covered deck and entry. Inside this functional space is where all four bedrooms are located, 2 master bedrooms (one king and one queen) each with a private bath, and 2 additional bedrooms (one with 2 single beds and one with 2 bunk sets). A shared hall bath, plus the laundry area complete this level.
The second level is the main living area with a kitchen and breakfast bar, dining, half bath, and great room with wet bar and mini-fridge The slider doors open to the ocean facing sundeck with panoramic ocean views. This three-sided wrap around deck is also where the hot tub is located.
Wireless Internet access via Silicon Travel (computer not provided, bring your laptop).
The Community wooden boardwalk is located just behind the house and provides access to the beach.

These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).
