Private Pool
Unheated private pools are available from April 19 to October 12, 2024 unless otherwise noted in the property description.

Pool Heat $600
Heated private pools and pool heat (if provided) can be available from March 22 to October 26, 2024 for an additional fee. Certain private pools offer free heat; check cottage description for dates that heat will be available. During times of extremely low temperature or high wind, pools may not heat to what tenant believes to be an acceptable temperature. No refund will be given due to adverse weather conditions. Pool heat requested on check-in day or later will result in an additional convenience fee.

Hot Tub
These homes feature private (or, in the case of Atlantic View Estates properties, community) hot tubs. Tubs are cleaned and sanitized before each rental. A great way to take the "off season" chill away. As used on our web site, Hot Tub does not mean the traditional wooden tubs found in many mountain ski resorts; in other areas, our Hot Tubs might be called Spas. Most of them are located outside on a deck or poolside; a select few are inside the home and/or adjacent or even built in to the pool. A Jacuzzi is not a Hot Tub; it is a trademark bathtub, in many shapes and sizes, typically found in the bathroom (although a select few homes in our program may have the Jacuzzi inside the master bedroom).

Fireplace
Fireplaces are only available for use November 1 to May 1. Midgett Realty does not provide wood for wood burning fireplaces. Some fireplaces are only decorative, which will be noted in the house description.

Gold - All Seasons
Sheets and towels are provided for all full week stays. Beds will be made on check-in day with the exception of top bunks, sofa beds, trundles, and futons (these sheets will be left in the cottage for you). Towel sets include 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth and will be provided for the maximum occupancy of the cottage.

Description
With a ramp to the first level and elevator access to all levels, this is the perfect vacation spot for those with limited mobility. All bedrooms are en suites with smart TVs.
The first level game room features dual seating areas separated by a kitchenette with microwave and full-size refrigerator. Relax in the media space with TV, stereo, and movie channels. Enjoy friendly competition at the combination pool table, with Ping-Pong topper, and foosball tables in the game space. Slider doors provide convenient access out onto a gated covered deck for access to the pool or the sand path to the beach. A full bathroom on this level also opens onto the covered deck.
The two king bedrooms on the second offer ocean views, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk sets boasts views of both the ocean and sound. Step out onto the wraparound covered deck to soak in the oceanview hot tub. The first of two laundry areas is on this level.
The third level mirrors the second level, with two oceanfront king bedrooms, one with roll-in shower in the private bath, and a bedroom with two pyramid bunk sets and ocean-to-sound views. Kick back in the hammock to enjoy the ocean breeze from the wraparound covered deck. A second laundry area completes this level.
Gather in the top level great room with vaulted ceilings and large windows to take in stunning ocean views. Catch your favorite flick in the living area with surround sound, movie channels, and DVR, or curl up in front of the gas fireplace on cool off-season evenings. A convenient half bathroom is nearby. The chef in your group will love the custom kitchen with dual microwaves, ranges, and dishwashers, as well as a breakfast bar, wet bar sink, and pantry stocked with small appliances to make cooking a breeze. Feast around the oceanview dining table or enjoy a more intimate meal in the formal dining area with additional full-size refrigerator. Watch the waves roll onto the shore from the cozy sunroom. Off the formal dining space you will find an additional king en suite, featuring sound views and a Jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. Step onto the partially shaded gated deck to catch a breathtaking sunrise, enchanting sunset over the Pamlico Sound, and shooting stars by night.
Take a dip in the private pool with available heat and attached kiddie pool, or just soak up some rays from the pool deck. A sand path through the dunes will put you on the beach in no time at all, where you can spend your days surfing, swimming, and shell-seeking to your heart’s content.
Head to one of the nearby marinas for charter fishing or explore Hatteras Village by foot, bike, or golf cart to find shopping, dining, and other fun family activities. Step back in time in the Graveyard of the Atlantic Museum, or take the ferry for a day trip to Ocracoke.
