Description: This home is located in a popular neighborhood in the village of Frisco and has ocean views from all floors. The ocean access is just a quick walk across the street to the community sand path that leads over the dunes to the beach.
The concrete driveway and covered parking provides a convenient area to unload your gear. From here take the steps up to the entry deck, which opens to the bedroom level. The 2 queen bedrooms (one is a master with a private bath) and the bedroom with 2 single beds are all ocean facing (each has a TV) and each has a slider door for direct access out to the covered deck. The bunkroom has a door to the shared hallway full bath, and the laundry is also located on this level for added convenience.
The top level is the main living area with an open design and includes the kitchen, breakfast bar, two dining tables, the living area and a full bath. There are also 2 decks on this level; one sundeck off the dining area, plus a large ocean facing deck (off the living area) that offers both sun and partial shade. There is a picnic table for an outside dining option, and lots of deck chairs for relaxing.
Take just a few more steps up to the loft for some get-a-way time and enjoy the sundeck from this space, which offers even more awesome ocean views, plus a view of the sound in the distance.
Conveniently located with nearby restaurants, seafood markets, shopping, favorite fishing locations and more just a short drive away.
